Orchard Recruitment are working alongside a leading high end house builder that have a project in Gateshead.

They require a Assistant Site Manager for 4 days holiday cover, 26th to 29th November. It should be a very easy assignment, just overseeing works.

To apply you must have the following

* experience of managing a busy residential development

* extensive knowledge of NHBC protocols

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

* have a high standard of operating

Pay - £26.00 per hour
