* At i2i Recruitment, we’re on the hunt for a Fulfilment Manager who’s all about finding the right fit for our clients and candidates – no sales pitches or cold calls required. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring roles get filled with the best talent out there. Think of yourself as a matchmaker, but for careers!

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Sourcing & Screening: You’ll find top talent, review CVs, and chat with candidates to understand what makes them tick.

* Managing the Process: From the first interview to the job offer, you’ll guide both clients and candidates through the hiring journey.

* Making Magic Happen: You’ll work closely with our consultants (aka the sales gurus) to ensure every role gets filled with the perfect match.

* Candidate Care: You’ll be the go-to person for our candidates, offering support, feedback, and a friendly ear throughout the process.

* Overseeing a team: You’ll have a small team of Resourcers who will be there to help and support you find candidates.

What You’ll Bring:

* Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition – you’ve filled roles before, and you’re great at it!

* An eye for talent – you can spot a great candidate from a mile away.

* Organisational skills – you juggle multiple tasks like a pro and keep everything running smoothly.

* Personality – friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help someone find their perfect job.

* Management – some previous experience of coaching, leading, or manging people would be beneficial.
