Care and Support: Provide person-centred care, support daily activities, and create a positive environment for children's well-being.
Safeguarding and Safety: Follow safeguarding policies and conduct safety checks.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and communicate with team and external parties for coordinated care.
Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings, training, and support team cohesion.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and best practices in childcare.Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

DBS on the update service for children and adults
Experience with specific conditions (e.g., Autism, SEN, SENMH).
6 months experience working with children and young people in a residential or respite care setting.
Understanding of child development and the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid UK Driving licenseDesirable:
