We are looking for a Homeless Prevention Coordinator to work on complex cases as part of the Homelessness Prevention team. This candidate will have experience of working within a senior or managerial position previously.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Providing support to those looking to move out of temporary accommodation and into permanent accommodation
- Providing advice and support to customers on how to sustain their tenancy
- Following legal processes and policies when eviction notices and possession orders are given
- Ensuring complex cases are managed with urgency
Candidate requirements:
- Understanding of the Housing Act 1996
- Experience completing S202 reviews
- Experience of issuing section 21 notices, section 8 notices, and possession orders
