Customer Service Administrator / Advisor

This is a full-time temporary position paying £12.21 per hour and working 37.5 hours working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm beginning mid-April on a temporary basis until the end of July. The shift patterns are either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, on a rota basis. This is a fully office based position.

Own transport is essential due to company location - Chelmsford outskirts. The company is not accessible via public transport. There is free parking on-site.

Duties will include:

Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone with professionalism and efficiency
Ensuring safeguarding documentation is accurately prepared and sent to customers when required
Liaising between internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate records of communications and approvals using MS Excel
Handling general administrative tasks as neededExperience required:

Experience in customer service and administration, with a strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Please only apply if you have your own transport and can start in April, with the ability to commit on an ongoing basis.
