Are you a skilled Property Surveyor ready to take on a dynamic role in the south of the UK? We’re looking for a motivated professional to manage our property portfolio, delivering high-quality homes and services for our residents.

You will:

Oversee property investment, service, inspection, and repairs across 20-40 locations

Work closely with housing and care operations teams to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery

Manage budgets between £1.75m-£2.5m while ensuring contract compliance

Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvements

Conduct regular site inspections, engaging with residents and colleagues

What you'll bring:

At least 3 years’ experience managing property activities in housing

Strong expertise in building pathology and project management

Preferably experienced in social housing maintenance and planned investment

Working towards MRICS or MCIOB status (essential)

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Ideally you'll be based in Guildford or surrounding areas
