Job Title: Qualified Accountant
Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who is passionate about client service, enjoys managing diverse accounts, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring that deadlines are met, and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all accounts and tax affairs are up-to-date and compliant with deadlines.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any queries promptly.
Represent the firm at networking events and client meetings to help expand business opportunities.
Collaborate with clients on tax planning, liaising with internal tax teams and external specialists when required.
Guide and mentor junior staff, aiding their development and supporting their success.
Ensure adherence to the firm’s standards and processes, maintaining high-quality output in account preparation.
Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and private companies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
Engage with prospective clients to foster and cultivate new relationships.Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in preparing accounts for private companies, sole traders, and partnerships with a solid understanding of tax legislation.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly IRIS Accountancy Suite, Xero, and QuickBooks (preferred).
Strong experience in preparing management accounts for clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and to other regional offices as required.Values:
