About the Role:

Position: Design & Technology Teacher (Long-Term)
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4 (potential for KS5)
Contract Type: Full-time, fixed-term until the end of the academic year
Start Date: ASAP
The role involves delivering exciting and practical DT lessons, covering areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, and/or Engineering, depending on your specialism. You will also play a key role in supporting students with coursework, developing their technical skills, and preparing them for assessments.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified DT Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching DT subjects at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
A practical and engaging teaching style, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
A commitment to student success, coursework support, and department enrichment activities.
