Heavy Factory Operatives (Rotating Days AND Nights)

A5 Lutterworth

6 - 6 Mon - Thur (4 x 12-hour shifts) and weekly rotation between nights and days

£750 p/week (net but hourly paid)

We are looking for 2 x experienced factory operatives who are confident with machine operating, manual handling and working with production targets for a site near Lutterworth.

You will be operated machinery used to make concrete building supplies, working with mixtures, hand tools, following a process and unloading products by hand.

It's very manual, active, heavy and mucky but a very well-paid role.

To be considered: you need to drive and have your own car (you cannot get to the site without a car), be flexible enough to rotate between days / nights and be happy working in a dirty, manual, heavy role.

This role offers you:

£14.34 p/hour for the first 39 hours each week and £21.50 for the remaining 9 (48 hours paid for a full week)
£750 p/week net pay which is weekly paid.
Lots of support from a great production manager.
Regular overtime if you want it.
