Job Title: QA Lead
Location: New Malden (UK based hybrid working. 3 days in the London office, 2 days working from home. Flexible hours)
Salary: £70-£80k

We're hiring for an QA Lead to join a SaaS based company in South London. For this role we need someone who has experience leading a small team of QAs but who is also happy to get stuck in and be very hands on themselves with automated and Manual testing. 

Role and responsibilities: 

Manual QA tasks
Leading and mentoring a team of 4-5 engineers
Creating and developing test and release plans.
Testing both Desktop and web based software applicationsRequirements:

Experience leading a QA team.
10+ years working with quality assurance and software testing
Collabritive skills working with other Senior members of the team - CPO, CTO and Head of Engineering
