We are seeking an experienced Framework Lead to manage multiple high-value water projects for a leading Main Contractor on the Northumbrian Water Framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee project delivery, ensuring targets for safety, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction are met.

* Lead the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with HSQ&E regulations.

* Manage project teams, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.

* Work closely with the Commercial team to align operational and financial objectives.

* Support bid and business development activities as needed.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in managing large-scale water, utilities, oil & gas, or major civils projects.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.

* Strong commercial awareness and project programming skills.

* SMSTS / IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Full UK driving licence.
