Job Advert: Business Development Manager – Near Bournemouth

I am looking to recruit a skilled Business Development Manager to join a dynamic company based near Bournemouth. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you will play a key role in driving the business forward, shaping its strategic direction, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identifying and sourcing suitable tender opportunities to grow the business

* Supporting the development of business strategies and marketing initiatives

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate new business

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent and strategic approach to growth

Knowledge and Experience:

* Proven Business Development Management experience

* Strong ability to identify and develop tender opportunities

* Ideally, knowledge of the construction industry

* Specific experience in the Rail sector would be a distinct advantage
