The role is responsible for the installation, service and repairs of Bender UK’s (BUK) and third-party clinical products. The products include Operating Lights, Examination Lights, Rigid, Retractable & Articulated Pendants, Audio-Visual Systems and Operating Tables.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out Installation of Benders Clinical portfolio both electrically and mechanically,

* Carrying out annual service and verification works on BUK clinical install base. This will also include third party equipment as necessary.

* Liaising with BUK service department and suppliers to source any necessary spares required to fulfil Bender’s maintenance contracts.

* Supporting customers as necessary.

* Representing Bender UK in the best light possible through delivering excellent customer service. This role will be on site dealing with end customers, contractors and hospital staff

* Completing thorough job specific risk assessments and method statements as required to a high standard

* Working closely with all departments within Bender UK, promoting cross functional working and one team approach

Experience

* Electrician 17th/18th Edition

* Clean driving licence

* Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS)

* JIB gold card

* SSSTS Card would be preferable

* DBS checks will be required

* Experience of installing clinical equipment would be advantageous (Op Lights, Pendants, AV Solutions)
