Supervising void/planned and responsive works. Responsible for overseeing all works from start to finish. Dealing professionally with any problems that may arise. Reporting on pre and post inspections/handovers, liaising directly with client supervisors and surveyors. Ensuring vehicle and health & safety inspections are carried out throughout the team. Preparation of specification of works issued to the client within the timeframe set out in KPI’s. Assisting responsive engineers where required in day to day tasks
