BUSINESS MANAGER

We are recruiting for a Business Manager to work for our client who are located in Doncaster, South Yorkshire

THE DUTIES OF A BUSINESS MANAGER:

* Drive Sales by building relationships with clients both new & existing clients.

* Oversee all fabrication operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Utilise AutoCAD (2D & 3D) to support precision in sheet metal design and fabrication processes.

* Optimise the use of advanced machinery, including an 8mm press brake (3m width), guillotine, plate rollers to enhance production efficiency.

* Implement strategies to increase production capacity, focusing on workflow optimization and lead time reduction

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

* Experience in the Business Management, with strong client connections within multi- fabrication environments.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

* Proven track record of Leadership ability.

* Track record in fabrication process optimization.

* High attention to detail.

THE HOURS:

Monday – Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Annual Leave: 25 days (3 days reserved for Christmas).

THE PAY:

You will earn an annual salary between £38k - £45k dependent on experience, you will also get company car.
