What You’ll Do as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead and manage quantity surveying projects from inception to completion.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Provide strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development. What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the London market.
Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
