Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a top 100 Accountancy Practice located in Derby, who are now seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The firm are offering a competitive starting salary along with an excellent benefits scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Semi Senior Accountant to join a growing, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible preparing year-end financial statements and management accounts, calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities, build and maintain client relationships as well as mentoring junior members of staff.

Semi Senior Accountant Job Overview

Prepare year-end financial statements and management accounts to support client goals.
Calculate tax liabilities and provide tax planning advice.

Semi Senior Accountant Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience within Accountancy Practice
AAT, ACCA or ACA qualification beneficial
Previous experience with IRIS or CCH beneficial
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Salary dependent on experience, with the typical industry range for this position being £28- £34K
