Are you passionate about supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health challenges? If so, we want to meet you!
Your Role:
As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of creating a safe, nurturing environment for adults facing various challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
·Collaborating with the registered manager to maintain a secure and supportive atmosphere.
·Using your qualifications and experience to provide personalised care for adults with unique needs.
·Offering emotional support and guidance to help individuals navigate behavioural and emotional hurdles.
·Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans and strategies.
 
What We're Looking For:
·NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
·A full UK driving license and access to your own car (due to the location).
·Excellent communication skills to connect with adults from diverse backgrounds.
·Strong behaviour management abilities and a deep understanding of safeguarding.
