Job Title: Qualified Food Tech Teacher

Location: Durham

Start Date: January Start

Salary: £140 - £200 per day (depending on experience)

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a fantastic secondary school based around the Durham area.

We are currently seeking a qualified food technology teacher to deliver a high standard of education to secondary students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering geography and history lessons with some religious studies included. It is essential as a qualified teacher that you have excellent behavioural management skills.

A successful Qualified Teacher will have:

QTS or ECT
Food Technology specialist
Good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
