A new Mid Weight FF&E Designer job is available with a top interior design studio based in SW London. This role will cover the full life cycle of the FF&E projects from initial concept through to installation and requires all candidates to have proven experience working on luxury interior design schemes.

Our client leads the way in bespoke luxury and high-end design, with projects including residential developments and private properties, yachts, jets, and luxury offices. This role will see the successful designer join their existing team of designers and FF&E specialists to work on predominantly high-end and luxury residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently liaise with HNWI and successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Role & Responsibilities

- Preparing mood boards/schemes and FF&E presentations

- Full FF&E selection and specification, including designing bespoke pieces

- Running multiple projects at once

- Working on procurement and budgets of all FF&E alongside the procurement team

- Design research and development

- Working collaboratively with other FF&E, Interior Architects and Interior Designers

- Liaising with clients to accurately understand requirements and standards of specification

- On site supervision

- Coordinating with suppliers, contractors and third parties.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' experience within the high-end residential/luxury sector

- Proven ability running 2-3 projects with little supervision

- Good knowledge of FF&E suppliers

- Experience working on all FF&E project stages

- Proven experience working with FF&E budgets of £500,000+

- Strong communication skills and experience liaising directly with clients, suppliers and third parties

- Proficient Vectorworks and EstiMac user.
