We are looking for a Order Fulfillment Supervisor. A role where no two days are the same, we need someone who is able to support a team, build relationships with customers and is a 'dab hand' at multitasking.

We require:

* Experience of stock systems

* Staff supervision and support

* KPI management

* Dealing with customer escalations

* Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry

* Supervising experience

* Be able to manage multiple tasks

* Drive and motivation

* Relationship building skills with both internal colleagues and external customers

* Ability to supervise internal staff whilst also being hands on with customers

* ERP or Stock Management system
