Description
As the Procurement Admin / Buyer, your duties will include, however will not be limited to:
Processing purchase orders.
Coordinating with suppliers and chasing deliveries/dealing with queries.
Handling discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining and updating procurement records and pricing data.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement laws.
Supporting other team members in the Procurement & Supply Chain Department as needed.Profile
A successful Purchasing Admin / Buyer should have:
Previously worked in an administrative role, ideally within procurement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.Job Offer
