Job Title: Children and Families Senior Social Worker/Social Worker
Location: Gloucestershire (Various locations: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Cirencester, Forest of Dean)
Salary: £36,648 - £44,428 per annum + £4,000 welcome payment
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week), with part-time options available

About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join Gloucestershire County Council’s Children’s Social Care teams. You will be part of a supportive environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families in our communities.

* Work collaboratively with families to provide essential support and protection.

* Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring each child and family receives the attention they need.

* Engage with partner agencies to foster positive relationships and comprehensive care plans.

* Utilize a systemic approach to social work, focusing on long-term, sustainable changes.

* Registered with Social Work England.
