JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Facilities Manager to work on a large site in Elton, Chester. This is a site based role 5 days per week. Previous Facilities Manager experience is essential along with security and cleaning experience. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.

Responsibilities will include:

Overseeing 1 large site
7 direct report. 5 supervisors, 1 admin and 1 compliance manager

Security team of 18 and cleaning team of 45
Managing budgets and accounts
Regular updates and meetings with the client on site
Liaison with other departments
Regular liaison and site updates with line manager
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.

This role is offering up to £44,000 plus a generous benefits package.
