Psychology Teacher - Maternity Cover, January Start - Watford

We are recruiting on behalf of an established secondary school in Watford for a skilled Psychology Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis, starting in January. This role offers an excellent opportunity to inspire students and foster a deep understanding of psychology in an engaging, supportive environment.

Role Details:

Teach Psychology to KS5 students, delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge learners
Plan and implement effective teaching strategies that meet curriculum standards and support student achievement
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support as neededWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level, ideally to KS5
Strong knowledge of the UK Psychology curriculum and a passion for the subject
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their full potentialBenefits:
