Your Role:

As a Mechanical Estimator, you will:

· Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.

· Project Analysis: Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope and materials needed.

· Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

What You Bring:

· You may be newly qualified or have proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the M&E or construction sectors.

· Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools.

· Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and piping) is preferred.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field are a plus.
