Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, with a track record of raising attainment.
• A passion for creating a stimulating learning environment and delivering outstanding lessons.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with staff, pupils, and parents.
• Dedication to nurturing the emotional wellbeing of students, ensuring they feel supported both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons to inspire young learners in Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Develop and implement personalised learning plans that cater to the needs of all students, supporting both their academic and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and outside agencies to provide targeted interventions where needed.
• Actively contribute to the whole school community, supporting extracurricular activities and school-wide events.
