We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Operations Manager in contract cleaning. Our client is a well-established commercial cleaning company who are looking for an experienced Ops Manager to join their team in Northampton/Milton Keynes.
The ideal Cleaning Operations Manager will be confident in leading and supporting Account Managers and Cleaning Operatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract retention, and professional client relationships are developed and maintained.
The Cleaning Operations Manager will be experienced in the following:
