Location: Across Shropshire
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £100 - £140 per day dependent on payroll option at interview
Simply Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated On-Site Tutor to work with special needs schools across Shropshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students by delivering tailored, 1:1 or 2:1 session aimed at closing gaps in learning and fostering key skills for personal and academic development.
Role Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
Ensure lesson content aligns with the National Curriculum.
Build strong relationships and trust with students, promoting resilience and confidence.
Work collaboratively with the wider school team to create a supportive learning environment.
Use innovative and adaptable teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Requirements:
Qualifications: QTS, QTLS, PTTLS, DTLLS, or other relevant teaching qualifications.
A minimum of 6 months of experience teaching within the UK curriculum.
Full, checkable 10-year work/education history.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK.’
A valid driving license and access to a car (essential for this role).
