We are looking for someone who is dedicated to working with SEN students and who possesses enthusiasm and patience. Although prior experience in a related capacity is preferred, submissions from people who have a great drive to learn and change the world are also welcome.

In your day-to-day work as a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in meeting each student's unique needs. You will be collaborating directly with children who have a variety of special education needs and needs support to help them reach their maximum potential. As part of your job, you'll help implement individual education plans (IEPS), provide one-on-one or small-group support, and contribute to the development of a secure and supportive learning environment.

It is mandatory for all school employees to have their updated DBS registered with the updating service. If not, we can assist you by sending you a direct application link. If you have worked overseas for more than six months in the last five years, you must obtain an OSPC (Overseas Police Check). These will be required in every school setting as a safety precaution.

Ideal candidates will:

Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable)
Be compassionate, understanding, and adaptable
Have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
Be a team player, able to work collaboratively with teachers and therapists
