As a Sales Coordinator based in Norwich you’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service
Answering inbound calls and emails and dealing with customer queries
Building strong relationships with customers and upselling where possible
Finding new business opportunities to grow sales within the branch
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Previous customer service experience and the proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
Confidence to speak to customers both in person and over the phone
