Tiny Tots Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and inclusive nursery setting in Nuneaton, who are looking to welcome a passionate and qualified level 3 practitioner to their team. Based in a school, they’re open all year round. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing environment where children’s development is at the heart of everything they do. 
  
As a practitioner, you will be dedicated, enthusiastic, and ready to play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences and providing exceptional care to children, in line with the EYFS framework. 
  
What You'll Be Doing 

Creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child can flourish 
Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual development needs 
Acting as a Key Person and maintaining accurate and up-to-date online learning journals 
Building strong, professional relationships with children, families, and the team 
Supporting and guiding Level 2 practitioners, students, and volunteers 
Upholding high standards of safeguarding and child protection 
Promoting equality, diversity, and Fundamental British Values throughout the setting 
Working with external agencies when needed to support children's development  Requirements 

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) 
Paediatric first aid certificate 
Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development 
Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting 
Confident understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols 
A caring, professional approach with excellent communication skills 
Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team  Why Join Us?
