Job Description: Cover Supervisor
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students during teacher absences, delivering pre-set lesson plans.
Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies and procedures.
Provide support to students to ensure continued learning.
Take the register and ensure the class stays on task throughout the lesson.
Offer feedback to subject teachers regarding student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition between lessons.Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in a UK educational setting.
Full right to work in the UK.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
