The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:

* Build relationships with clients and candidates

* Advertise and manage job vacancies

* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates

* Negotiate salaries, close deals, and earn commission!

* Become a specialist in your market
