We’re looking for a Head of Building Safety & Compliance who will be the operational lead to ensure that SHP meets all its statutory and regulatory safety obligations; effectively engaging with residents, providing assurance that they live in a safe home and showing leadership to a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents.
You must be qualified or working toward the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6 and hold a NEBOSH Diploma with demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level. Leveraging data and systems to manage risks and compliance is an important requirement. You’ll lead on the implementation of new framework contracts.
