Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with an Electrical Wholesale business looking to recruit an Area Manager to cover 13 branches to develop and motivate the sales team within their business.

You must have Electrical Wholesale industry experience combined with either success in managing a larger profitable electrical wholesale branch OR experience in a leadership role, in which you have developed successful teams in the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Grow, lead, coach, and motivate branch staff and management
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage key customer accounts where required and establish long-term partnerships to meet and exceed sales targets
• Lead by example to help your teams to capitalise on opportunities developing strong relationships with industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team for the continued successful delivery of customer projects
• Develop valuable relationships with suppliers
• Be engaged in a hands on role to implement best practices in your teams
• Have an analytical and strategic approach to drive improvement

Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience
• A successful track record in a similar senior sales leadership role
• Driving Licence
