Hours: 8.30-5pm Monday - Friday (Based in office)

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of our client's Customer Services Team, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Services. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by managing the end-to-end order process, handling incoming customer enquiries, and providing outstanding support to customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Inputting customers' sales orders promptly and accurately.
Processing incoming enquiries, quotations, claims, and returns to ensure timely resolution.
Keeping customers informed on the status of their orders and proactively addressing any concerns.
Coordinating with warehouse operatives to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
Securing competitive freight quotes and arranging timely deliveries or collections.
Assisting with customs declarations when necessary.
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.To excel in this role, you should have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Your ability to prioritise tasks, multitask efficiently, and work collaboratively within a team will contribute to your success as a Customer Service Administrator.
