Our Client based in Bradford, are seeking a Head Of Business to oversee the running of their Busy Dealership.
 
Head Of Business Person Specification:

Experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
Experienced in leading a team from the front and delivering results.
Automotive Financial acumen.
Pro-active & commercial awareness to be able to make the most of sales and business opportunities.
Be an excellent communicator.
Have confident IT skills.
Man-management and team building skills/experience.Responsibilities of a Head Of Business for our Client:

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.For your hard work as a Head Of Business with our Client, you can expect a salary of £100,000.
