The Contracts Manager will oversee high-end commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional delivery from start to finish. In return, they are offering a competitive salary of up to £85k DOE with a generous package including 28 days holiday, profit-based bonus scheme and private healthcare.

Our industry-leading client who have been operating for over 20 years and currently have an annual turnover of £40 million and work on a range of commercial projects with values ranging from £50k up to £80 million. With 40 members of staff, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team specialising in bespoke interiors, offering a dynamic and rewarding role with significant career growth potential.

Contracts Manager Job Requirements

Prior experience in commercial fit-out projects essential
Within commutable distance of Birmingham
Experience with CAT A, CAT B and D&B preferred
Good tenure and seeking permanent position
Prior experience working for a main contract on commercial projects is preferred
