About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our team based at our Kent Offices on a full-time permanent contract. We currently offer a hybrid working style with the opportunity to wfh 1 day per week after a qualifying period.

You will be responsible for effectively managing a regional portfolio of asset compliance services and contractors to deliver assessment, inspection, surveying, servicing and/or maintenance activities. You will ensure legislative; regulatory and policy requirements are complied with whilst leading and motivating your team to provide an excellent and cost-effective service.

We know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced Contract Manager / Senior Supervisor, but you’ll also have great relationship building skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done & take ownership.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate a good commercial understanding of:

Technical knowledge and experience of HVAC Contract Management experience including experience of building and maintaining relationships with contractors and stakeholders to improve the service continually.
Experience of managing contracts that include a requirement to meet statutory compliance.
A good understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for HVAC (further training is available).
Proven experience of leading, managing, and motivating teams.
Able to demonstrate analytical skills
- Internal data (incl. budget management, performance, assets etc)
- Market (incl. trends, providers, value drivers etc)
- Grow client relationships to build further growth within your portfolio
