We are working with a D2C ecommerce business going through a period of growth after a successful acquisition. They're looking looking for a Retention Manager to lead their efforts in transforming customers into brand advocates. In this role, you'll focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our subscription customers while enhancing direct-to-consumer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Vision & Strategy: Define and lead customer loyalty strategies.
Retention Leadership: Champion retention initiatives across teams.
CRM Strategy: Develop and manage the CRM strategy and budget.
Data & Insights: Lead data-driven insights to personalise communication.
Team Management: Oversee and develop your team.
Customer Care Integration: Collaborate to enhance the customer experience.Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years in CRM and email marketing.
Expert understanding and hands-on experience of managing CRM platforms, marketing automation and multi-audience communications essential.
Experience of database management, database mining, list segmentation and contact targeting.
Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
