Manufacturing Team Manager - Salisbury - £45k​​​​​​​

My key client located in Salisbury are currently hiring a Manufacturing Team Manager to join them as soon as possible. This position will be within the manufacturing department, rather than assembly and will require the following:

Lead a team of 6-12 people
Hands on experience in CNC tube bending (preferred)
Knowledge the following activities which you will lead
Tube cutting, deburring, degreasing, forming, bending
Braze assembly
Working towards production targets
Generate & maintain manufacturing KPIs
