Health & Safety Manager – Construction – Peterborough – £45,000 + Profit Share + Car + Bonus
 
Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager with a strong background in construction?

We are working with a well-established, multi-division construction company with an excellent reputation and strong growth nationally.
They are now seeking a proactive, qualified Health & Safety professional to lead their SHEQ function across varied sites and projects.

As a Health & Safety Manager you will be:

Leading the company’s SHEQ compliance strategy and maintaining key accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Carrying out site audits, inspections and investigations, reporting findings and driving continual improvement
Working closely with Directors and project teams to ensure compliance with H&S legislation and CDM regulations
Supporting operational teams with risk assessments, method statements, inductions and toolbox talks
Promoting a positive safety culture across all sites and engaging with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies The successful Health & Safety Manager will have:

A NEBOSH Diploma and other relevant Health & Safety qualifications
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes and current H&S legislation
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites What’s in it for you?
