Office Manager - Acton

Construct Recruitment are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team! We are a Kiwi-owned Construction Recruitment Company with over 20 years of experience in the industry based in Acton (30 second walk from Acton Central station).

Duties Include:

Handling calls from clients and candidates and meeting and greeting visitors
Performing key payroll & finance task in support of the Finance team
Administering health and safety (CSCS) tests
Maintaining the smooth running of the officeRequirements:

At least 1 years' experience preferred in a Reception / Administration / Office Management role
Experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience of working with numbers
Strong organisation and time management - Attention to detail is key in this role
Friendly, can-do attitude
The ideal candidate will live in good travelling distance from our office (Acton Central)
Right to work in the UK for a minimum of two years (sponsorship opportunity for the right candidate)Benefits & Development:

Salary - £32,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience) paid weekly
