As a Voids Planner you will:

Scheduling operatives diaries for void properties
Liaising with departments to ensure the smooth running of maintenance
General administrative duties and data entry
We are looking for experience in:

Social housing
Using Connect mobile
Communicating clearly over email and telephone
General administrative duties
