ROLE: PE Cover Supervisor

Location: Newcastle

Pay: £100 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Daily Supply, Long-Term

GSL Education is looking for a PE Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic school in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience while keeping students engaged in physical activity.

The Role of a PE Cover Supervisor:

✔️ Deliver pre-planned PE lessons in the absence of the teacher
✔️ Manage student behaviour and keep lessons on track
✔️ Encourage participation in sports and physical activities
✔️ Support the school's sports curriculum and promote teamwork
✔️ Step in for general classroom cover when needed

What We’re Looking For in a PE Cover Supervisor:

✅ Experience in sports coaching, PE instruction, or working with young people
✅ A degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills
✅ Passion for promoting physical well-being and teamwork
