As a Lab Technician based at our client's Flint site, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process by supporting the development and implementation of new products with the R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong lab background who enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Duties include;

Conduct stability testing of new products in accordance with industry guidelines and internal protocols.
Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests using various equipment and instrumentation.
Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
Planning and prioritising workload to ensure that business requirements are met in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
Write clear and concise reports and trial instructions.

Monday - Friday working week (part time or full time hours available, although must be each day in Lab)
Salary - £(phone number removed) pro rata
Bonus Scheme upto 10% of salary, dependant on company results

Ideal Candidate will possess;

Previous Lab experience
Science based background preferred, but not essential
Confident with working within a team
Strong communication skills as will be working with other stakeholders across different internal departments
Attention to detail, with good housekeeping skills
Computer Literate
Health and Safety conscious
Previous FMCG Industry experience
