FM Account Manager – Central London (EC2R)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

This is a unique chance to lead and develop an established FM contract for a globally recognized organization.
 
The Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of a key facilities management contract. You'll lead a diverse team and collaborate closely with both the client and the FM company’s senior leadership to implement business strategies tailored to the client's evolving needs. Your expertise in facilities management will be critical in ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the FM contract to meet client expectations and business goals.
Manage large teams, multi-site operations, and shifting priorities.
Oversee P&L accounts, ensuring financial and operational performance.
Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and people.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and other relevant standards. About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Senior-level experience in facilities management or a relevant qualification (HNC/BIFM).
Proven experience managing P&L accounts and overseeing multi-site operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Expertise in interpreting financial and commercial data.
NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications and an SIA Non Front Line License (desirable). Why Apply?
