As a Trainee Claims Handler, you'll manage a select number of cases as you build your portfolio. Through hands-on training, you'll learn the ins and outs of investigating, negotiating, and settling claims.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £21,500 + regular pay raises and bonuses

Communicating effectively with customers and third parties by email and phone
Supporting the team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner
Updating and maintaining accurate records for each claim
Collaborating with colleagues to drive team successWhat We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for personal development
Proficiency in basic computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
