Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adapt hygiene practices, refining SOPs and master cleaning schedules to ensure we’re always delivering safe, compliant food.
- Equip your team with the skills and knowledge to excel, crafting tailored training plans that support ongoing growth.
- Conduct thorough hygiene audits and micro trend investigations to drive improvements in processes, scheduling, and communication.
- Manage hygiene aspects of external audits, ensure compliance, and oversee the completion of corrective actions.
- Plan and deliver hygiene components for CAPEX, ensuring all equipment is installed and maintained to top operational standards.
- Own the business plan for hygiene, manage tendering activities, and ensure your team has the resources they need, all within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure sanitation activities are performed safely, in line with operating procedures.
- Ensure our hygiene department not only meets but exceeds the standards set in our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Policy.
